Today is the last day of January and this happens to be my first style post for the year… I went through grief these past few weeks after the new year, and I think I can say am just coming out from it. I lost my uncle (mum’s brother) earlier this month and it’s been a whole lot of pains for the family… he was a prominent and great man in the society. We can only thank God for giving us the fortitude to bear our loss. I feel much better after the burial and the fact is that life must go on, time to continue what we started.
Fashion! Style! Attitude! Styletitude promises to be great this 2017… just sit, relax, follow up.
In our previous post, I remember promising you guys to restyle the Ankara fringe skirt. Well here is it. I did it with a white shirt and statement neckpiece. I personally can’t get enough of this Ankara fringe skirt, it’s fit is lovely and the fringe details are wonderful…
styling the Ankara skirt with a white shirt other than the denim shirt in the previous post is a way to show you guys how versatile an Ankara skirt is. With this ensemble you can hit any fashion show or event and slay. If you think you need a pop of color, a red shoe would be perfect.
My shirt is quite an old shirt from Marks and Spencer , I have had it for a while now, we all can definitely relate to that top that we thought would match basically everything but never did until one day it matched what we least expected. 😄 I opted for a blue heels to match the fringe details on the skirt and I can say am loving the outcome.
